Episode 1 Level 3 - UnderWater Doors

Does anyone know how to open the underwater doors at the end of level 3. I've killed everything in site and have even cheated to get additional weapons, yet i cant seem to open the underrwater doors. Is this the way out of Level 3...Any help is greatly appreciated...Thanks..........ajhorta

Or rather, added realism; they're where the Sub would exit its pen.
