Sometimes you can find it in the room with the Fire Teleporter, it's on the far
ledge.  I don't know if it has to be on easy or Co-op, but I've seen it
there....  I know for a fact that it's there on Co-op.

	I don't remember if there is a pack in the abyss - but you can
	get to that secret area with the healers outside the ship through
	a secret-passage that is located on the wall somewhat to the right
	of the "hatch" that leads into the alien territory  (I didn't find
	it until I reverse-engineered the pathway, myself).  

	I found another passage I don't remember anyone mentioning yet
	in the waterfall area that has the switch-that-leads-to-dancing-girl;
	there is a rocketable wall near the end of that passage that
	leads back out to the gorge (also 'secret place').

thanks for the tip, someone mailed me today saying there is a jetpack inside
the huge hall which contains the end of level guardian, although if I'm to
record the demo I'll need to go all the way to the end, get the jetpack then
go all the way back to the secrets that are only accessable with the jetpack.

as for the dancing babe in the cave, it has been mentioned before. In fact I
seem to remember someone mentioning it 3 days after the release of version 1.0
hhehe no-one knew what he was talking about at the time though, I found out
about it from the offical dukem3d faq. People have reported the babe showing
her tits (as the SUYT (show us your tits) enscription on the wall near her
would suggest) although I have not seen her do this, and pressing space does 
nothing  but give her cash.

	True, there is one behind one of the coccons there- but that's
	usually a one-way visit. :(  The only thing worth seeing with
	a jet-pack in the level is that "dopefish" graffiti at the bottom
	of the lava area.

	No, no, no, not *that* secret!  In the same area as the switch
	that leads to her (the top of the sludge/lava waterfalls), there 
	is a breakable wall (on the right side if you are facing the
	palm switch) - that leads to a passage that goes back to the gorge.

	I haven't seen anyone mention that one yet.
