How do you actually fly with the jetpack? The cursor keys continue to work as 
before. How do you indicate the direction to fly (up, down, right, left, etc.)?

Had the same problem... but a lot of people here helped me out so here it
is.. remember your jump/duck keys?? they're A/Z unless you re-programmed
them.. well fire up the jet pack and use them to move up and down..
simple eh?
