I have two problems.  First where is the blue access card in level 3?
Second, how do you get to level 6?

The blue key in level three is up behind those yellow gears from what I 
remember.  It's really tricky to get to without the jetpack.  You have to 
jump onto the closest yellow gear, then jump onto the next.  Finally, 
jump up into the compartment.  You'll find the blue key in there.  Hope 
this helps.
