..or maybe you could just use KALI. I live in North Carolina, USA and
have played multiplayer with people from Florida, Hawaii and Norway.

I think of all the uncles that I have, my favorite has to be uncle caveman.
We call him uncle caveman because he lives in a cave.
Sometimes, he would eat one of us. Later we found out he was a bear.

Have you tried it from the UK over an average modem?

Sorry mate, no way am I putting more money into BT coffers. Phone charges
are too dear in the UK, it will never catch on like it has in the US. We
have a cheaper, solution, which though requires more effort from all
players, is much faster, and better. Its called Networking.

NE200 Network Card 25.00
Cable 10.00
Total 35.00 (Plus a networking OS)
Thats a one and only charge, after that your clear and green, for a
life time of gaming.

The list of games that support Networking grows everyday, but here are
some of my favorites, (All support MORE THAN TWO PLAYERS without involving
a dialup network /Unlike Modem/Cable)

QUAKE (Deathmatch Demo)
Actual Soccer
EF2000
Fatal Racing
Doom2/Doom/Hertic/Hexen/Duke Nukem
Apache Longbow
Battle Island 2
C&C
Mech Warrior 2
Civ Net
The List goes on..............

You're getting ripped off. We paid £16 for each card and £3 for a cable.

Too right. You should be _very_ careful about buying computer cables. f.e.
my local computer store sells all sorts of cables starting from about a tenner
each. They buy the cheapest for 50p from their suppliers.
