You can jump up into it as long as you don't actually destroy the
fan first - I suppose the theory is that the fan sucks you up
(personally I was expecting to get sliced into pieces though).

A neat pipe bomb trick on the secret level - after the room with the pool
of slime there is a circular room with a ramp running around the outside
and a gun turret.  If you go up the ramp and stand on the platform 
facing the turret, you can throw a pipe-bomb and set it off
it mid-air destroying the turret.

I found the easiest way to kill the boss was to use the jetpack to 
hover in mid-air where he can't shoot you, then RPG him like mad.

There is a secret behind the computer panel once you take the elevator 
down from the lauch pad. In the room where you go over to the slime river 
to exit, just jump on the computer and trigger it. It has 3 health 
bonuses!

There is also a crate of pipe-bombs on the nose of the rocket, but you can 
easily get that after the rocket has exploded.

Thats the only other one that I can think of.
