Ooops, I'm now on 5 (it's my only game saved) and I missed the entrance to
the secret level back on 4.  How do I warp back there without starting the
game over again?  Thanks in advance

In shareware we only have one episode, so the first # will always be 1

So for level 4, DNSCOTTY14
