stuck in death row

I  did quite a lot in death row but I'm stuck now.
Can get to the cells.  Guards are separated from me by that 'electric
wall'
Any hints on secret stuff ?
I killed the monster in the chapel.  Went in the 'outdoor' part.
What else can I do ?
