DN3D Secrets in Secret Level?

Has anyone found all the secrets in the secret level?  I can only find
two: the health atoms found by swimming in the pool of slime (if that
stuff does dammage if you wade in it without boots, how can you swim in it
without dying?) and the pipe bombs found by flying up into the ventilator
shaft (is there a way to get there without the jetpack?)

Michael Straight checked the FAQ, but it only lists secrets for levels 1-5.
