Hi Steve,

  There are 2 secret levels like that, both in Episode 2 (Lunar Apocalypse):

Spin Cycle (E2L10)
At the end of 'Occupied Territory' (E2L5). In the final chamber where the
Nuke symbol is.
Fly up to the top of the room and you will see a switch on the wall. Flip
the switch and a panel in the same room will slide open revealing the
entrance to 'Spin Cycle'

Lunatic Fringe (E2L11)
The entrance to Lunatic Fringe is in the level "Darkside" (E2L8)
Near the end, after you teleport through the monolith, you appear in a
chamber with dead astronauts and alien eggs. Above and to the left of one of
the dead astronauts is a crack. Blast it and go through and you'll find the
entrance to the secret level.
