A tv does not meet the definition of intellectual property.Therefore,
your example makes as much sense as you do. NONE. Try again, and this
time, make a valid point.

Funny, that's not what the law says. I say that gravity won't kill me
if I jump off a 30 story building. Does that make it so??

WRONG. Read the definition of intellectual property. It might clear it

No, actually, it is a ploy to protect property from being stolen.

Grow up little boy. Move out of your Mom and Dads house, get a job,
and try to earn a living. Come back in a few years when you pull your
head out of your ass.

Your arguments are juvenile and irrelevant, clearly written by a teen
ager who probably hasn't bought his first car yet  with his own money.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Had you the maturity to see this
matter objectively, you would see that your opinion here does not
matter. What matters is the law. As it stands. It was made for a
reason. Just because you don't agree with the reason doesn't make you
exempt from the law. 

Your inability to see the " Big Picture " here indicates that you are
far from a responsible person, and  contribute nothing meaningfull to 
either your life, or anyone else's around you.
