file?  what the hell are you talking about?
you just get a CD-R and record your own CD.
Ta-da! you have your own CD copy of Diablo or whatever.
why the hell would you copy it too your hard drive?
If you did, you would need FAKECD to run it, and that's
tedious.

CD-R is old technology.  Get with the program.
