(Spoilers) Episode 1, Level 4 help needed

Okay...I can get the red and blue keys easily enough.  I can shrink
myself to get to the areas inaccessible to me when I'm normally sized.
However, what do I do when I get to the flooded areas?  Those mines in
the water, what's up with them?

But most of all, any hints on finishing this one?
