Utility that splices Duke3d maps together

I dimly remember a build utility that promised to spliced maps
together.  I guess it joined white walls together less buggily than
using Build's copy-sector function between files?

Back when I saw it, I didn't download it and try it out.  I'm looking
for it now, but I can't seem to find it, neither on the Duke3d sites I
check nor by Google.

Did such a utility exist?  Anybody know where it might be?
