...unfortunately I don't remember the name of it. Any help based on
what I can give here would be much appreciated...

Single map, not too long
Comes with one MID file - a version of Greenday's "Walking
Contradiction"
Comes with custom sounds taken from the movie "12 Monkeys"
Comes with some custom graphics, including the "exterior-duke" images
used in DM and Co-op, which the map-maker has remapped onto one of the
enemies

That's about all I can remember I'm afraid...

Can anyone help me out here?
