should't you have the robohand before you enter the mine?
I remember a level, wer you have to go up a long shaft whith the 
help of ventilatores. There are entrances on both sides. I think 
you get the robohand in the most upperleft entrance.

Mmm, should look by my self, but  there is no time at the moment.
