Hi JS,

You need to download the binary at: 
http://jonof.edgenetwork.org/downloads/?cat=1

The file you're looking for is 'JFDuke3DBinaries'

That zip file contains a Windows version of Duke3D, Build and a setup 
program. Just copy these versions over your original DOS versions of Duke. 
Run the setup program to pick your screen resolution and sound options. 
Then, just double click on Duke3D and enjoy! :)
There are lots of new options in the Duke 3D menu.

JonoF's port will work with all versions of Duke3D, from the shareware 
version to Duke 1.5 (Atomic)
