IC Commit is no longer maintained.  It's either a success or failure
with this product, and there doesn't seem to be any way to register.

It's a bit difficult, but you can take a look at possible clients:

A few options on these pages may work, and are supported, but expect
some connection problems as well (Duke3D is known to Desync even on a
local network.)
