Those are multiplayer(dukematch) ONLY maps - there is NO exit, as it
isn't made for Single player.
I suggest trying the dnscotty## code. the first # is episode, the second
is the level(the second one is 2 characters, to goto episode 1 level 1
you would type "dnscotty101", epsiode 1 level 10 would be "dnscotty110",
etc)
