MG :Is there a listing for Duke3D servers like there is for Quake 2 using
MG :gamespy?

I'm not sure what you mean. There are Duke servers, but they use TCP/IP.

Try this one:
Kahn Servers http://www.stargatenetworks.com/cgi-bin/kahnt.cgi
Kahn is a freeware gaming network for playing IPX-based DOS and Windows
95/98-based multiplayer games over the Internet. Kahn can also be used
to enable IPX games to be played over TCP/IP-only networks, such as
those found at large universities or offices.

Kahn 1.3 Installshield (1.2 MB) -

For the best performance in Duke Nukem 3d, you must run the setup
program with the /f4 switch. You will also need to agree on a port
number with your friends. After running setup /f4, select your
network game settings, enter the agreed-upon port number, and start
your game! Once in the game, it is recommended to not touch
ANYTHING for at least 30 seconds to give the game time to
synchronize among all the players. If you get sync errors, try
   waiting even longer.
