First, in the area that is after you use the elevator for which the
blue key was needed, blow open the hole in the non-functioning
elevator. Hit that switch and go up the ramp. Put the switches in the
correct combo, and the forcefield will go down. Jump down the hole, and
in the water there is a nook with the red key.
