After you use the blue key, you come to a round room with a switch on
one wall. You have to stand in the middle of the room where the bunch of
bananas is/was. Shoot the switch. This opens a timed panel behind you.
Turn 180 degrees and shoot the second switch. This opens another timed
panel to the right. Turn 90 degrees to the right and shoot the third
switch. This opens another timed panel behind you. Turn 180 degrees and
shoot the fourth switch. This will open the door to the red key. These
panels are open only for a very short time, so you have to be fast and
accurate. 

Either before or after you get the red key, but before you go down the
stairs there, go out the other door of this round room. Stop as you
enter and jump up to a secret area.
