Well, since I made the original post I've contacted 3DRealms and was advised
that it is illegal to do what I'm doing and was advised not to continue as
GT Interactive holds the exclusive rights for doing things like this and do
pursue people that violate that right. So I will not be offering the CD for
sale.

I was surprised to see this topic reappear after a month of posting it.
