Hi Jim,

  You need to get a small DOS utility called Mo'Slo, which will temporarily
slow down your Pentium II/III so the installer will work properly.
The installer program runs fine on earlier CPUs (486's/Pentium 1s) but the
instructions it is executing cause illegal operations (divide by zero) on
later CPUs because of differences in the CPU architecture and the speed of
the chip. (I'm assuming the installer is also using software-timers rather
than relying on external clock references for timing. A lot of their old
games did this, too.)

. It was written long before Pentium IIs and IIIs came along and there was
no way to anticipate that. There is also a patch available for the installer
program, itself, but I don't recall the name of it. You should be able to
get both at:

(Or find a friend with a 486/Pentium 1 and let him uncompress/install it for
you. Then you can re-compress the archive using a regular archiver like
WinZip, which works on any CPU.)
