Yes the setup/f4 command will speed up Kali....You have 4 options 1,2,3,4 F4 is used for higher speeds such as 28.8k and up....so if you don't have that you should be on kali in the first place. also...when you put duke3d at the bottom of the Kali.cfg it will speed it up(i know you know this) but you can find out if it's working or not. when you exit pppconnect and load your server it should say at the top(it goes quick) that Duke3d is in the kali.cfg for better play Skorp
