Start with the thing on the left (near the sign "destruction") - go up 
and over which lowers a lift on the lower thing (outside) - hurry over 
before the lift raises and crossing to the inside lowers a lift on the 
upper thing (outside) - hurry over and cross over towards the inside and 
it lowers a lift outside on the right thingy - hurry over and cross 
towards the inside and it will lower a health jar (eventually) right in 
front of the "destruction" sign - as soon as you get the health jar the 
level ends (by crushing multiple BigBrains)

Okay. the level starts, I run over to where the Destruction sign is.
I turn and go over the brown steps(?)?  Is that what you're saying?
Then I hurry and go over the steps(if that's they are) and repeat four
times until the blue health jar shows up?

assuming the steps next to the Destruction sign is on the west, when you 
go over them a lift is lowered on the southern platform which will allow 
you to go over that platform if you hurry - this lowers a lift on the 
northern platform which you can cross if you hurry over - this will 
lower a lift on the eastern platform which you can cross which will (1) 
stop the rockets from the cyber demons and (2) start a slow lift down 
right in front of the Destruction sign which has a blue health jar on it 
(it takes almost a minute for the lift to lower). - when you can cross 
and get the jar, the level ends by crushing BigBrains.
