Is there setting to disable map voting on RoE dedicated server options?
When started CTF mode server player can still vote different map - all
Doom3 and Doom3: RoE maps. And after this server is not running on CTF
no more.  :-(

It looks like you might have some luck with g_voteFlags. I don't know
which bit you have to set.

You can read about the variable in the cvar list (thought the description
should be improved):

For further reading, the console command list is here:

Thanx for this variable. I tryed both "seta g_voteFlags "0"" and "seta
g_voteFlags "1"" but they both allowed change map.

I am not interesting to host DM match. So, end of my hosting then. :-(

It's a bit-field, meaning that it also accepts:

seta g_voteFlags "2"
seta g_voteFlags "4"
seta g_voteFlags "8"
seta g_voteFlags "16"

and so on.

(And this is why I don't like consoles - they're never documented when they
need to.)

Thanx, man! Next to find same setting for weapons. Planning to disable
rocket launcher. It is too good and lame weapon.

Here are the numbers:

  2 = time limit
  4 = frag/point limit
  8 = game type
 16 = kick player
 32 = change map
 64 = spectators
128 = next map
255 = no vote menu bar, but when looking other menu and going back all
is enable. bug?
254 = all disable but restart now

disable 'change map' and 'game type': 32 + 8 = 40   ;-)

Remote control like UT2004 should be best, but this Doom3 is planned so
much for single gaming only. And my server have only 16 MB RAM graphic
card and that is the reason I cannot run GUI modes of servering. I think
many ppl who are hosting games by server are not putting "good" graphic
on it. On my server it have no mouse, keyboard and monitori at all. ;-)

You probably need some mod for that form of control. In any case,
disabling it might not be the best option - perhaps do minor tweaking to
the damage and/or reload time (e.g. 110 damage units instead of 120).

Not a good idea unless he wants to cater to a specific crowd, since
Doom3 does not support peer-to-peer distribution (because the dll could
have vicious code in it, yada yada you know the drill) even for small
changes like def/script files.
