Have you ever wanted to know what the Cyborg Demon at the end of Episode two
of DOOm looks like (minus the missiles slamming your body into pulp)? Well,
I whipped up this quick Animator FLI file. It's probably the first thing
produced using WT100.ZIP. I uploaded it to ftp.uwp.edu to the
/pub/incoming/id dir, filename 'cybrgfli.zip'.

Now this fli is _very_ cool! Wow, what GREAT detail!

I also had a look at the wt100.zip utility, and if anybody hasn't
had a look at your .wad file with this, then it is HIGHLY recommended!
It's just amazing to see the amount of detail that has gone into
making this game; the graphics are FANTASTIC!!!

WT is a GREAT tool! It has the ability to export and import specific
data out of and into the .wad file, and allows you to view the graphics
very easily.

One suggestion for a future version (and I'm sure that this program
will eventually grow into a _very_ useful utility for looking at
and hacking the [registered?] .wad file) -
when you are viewing a graphic, instead of having to ESC-CsrDn-F1
to see the next one, why not allow CrsDn and CsrUp to allow you
to quickly move the viewing to the next one. This would be interesting
to do, as many of the beasts could then be viewed from different
angles which would result in a crude animated "fli" effect.

I can now appreciate the amount of detailed work that has been put
into DOOM. Well done ID - not only the action engine, but the
graphics (and the sound) are really something!

Is it easy to make these .fli files? I would really like to
export some of these graphics myself and do the same thing as
this cybrgfli.zip file with some of the other demons...

Cheers
Tony
