I played level 2 through. I went into the room with the exit sign,
killed everybody, walked down into the little blue pool and towards
what looks like the exit, and then my virtual head bumps into the 
virtual ceiling, and I can't get through. What gives?!

   You're a victim of the 1.1 patch bug that will also mess you up on
level 5.   Apparently there's a later release of the 1.1 patch that cleans
this up.  If you can get from the end of level 1 to the end of level 2
without saving, you should be fine.  The bugs creeps in when you save a
game in between.
