Back when I was in my teens it was comic books. There was a best seller
showing the violence and explicit sexual content of some of the horror mags
of the time. The writers had  "found" areas that looked to them like
drawings of sexual organs.
Then it was rock and roll, especially when played backwards.

Since doom is pretty much a creation of the kids of the comic book readers
lets sue the comics.

But wait, Their parents played pool! That evil game that replaced billiards.
