Hello fellow gamers, this message is to notify the masses that the Project DOOM page has updated, and take a little visit and see what's new (this is just a scheme to get higher numbers on my counter, oops, gave it away...). To the people of the DOOM groups, go check it out. To the programming group, sorry for posting this here, but this project needs help, and you are, of course, programmers, and that's what I need. To the Quaking groups, please visit the homepage so you can find out about what Project DOOM is, and how you can help. OK, I'll tell ya a little. Project DOOM is an effort by the gaming community to enhance the DOOM engine to provide a free engine that people can use to create their own games and TC's, of course, once the code comes out. Not only that, but we've also got an Open GL port of DOOM in the works, which a lot of people seem to want (hmmm, why is THAT?). So, why not visit and do yourself a favor, hell, ya might learn something too (yeah right when hell freezes over...) -- Stephen Friederichs - Project Leader, Project DOOM and GL Project DOOM - Project Leader Visit the Homepage: http://pages.prodigy.net/wfriederichs/prjdoom
