I have been asked by a family friend to review the discussion in this
thread.

The software publisher grants the originial purchaser exclusive rights
to use the software. These rights are both binding and limited. The
product itself, that being the medium recorded on, and the hard
material accomaning the medium, are owned by the purchaser. The
program, the program, and all things thereof are the property of the
software developer.

The consumer does not have the right (either implied, legally, nor
imagined) to reproduce the software other than is neccessary to
operate on a single computer, this being limited to a copy on the hard
drive.

Copyright laws are enforced, and any infringments may be reported to
local law enforcement, directly to the software manufacturer, or the
state B.I.

Despite the apparent delusions of some in this discussion, Copyright
violation carries stiff penalties, up to $200,000 in fines, 5 years
inprisonment, or both.

It is against the law.

Is is theft.

No rebuttle, argument, or disillusioned dishonest parental-leech game
junkie can change those FACTS.

Any questions or comments may be directed to my allias E-mail address,
included in the reply-to form of this post.
