Macintosh Levels & PC Compatibility?

I have been trying to track down releases of massive amounts of levels.
I have my eye on DZone Collectors Edition (2000 Levels) but it is for
the Macintosh and I have a PC. Does anybody know if the Macintosh wad
files would be compatible with the PC version of Doom?
