If anything GTA should turn professional killers-to-be into incompetent
"Oh i can take 1425 shots, I've got a bullet proof vest" ideology using 
would be
'gangstaz' who try and hip shot things thinking that they don't have to aim,
like in the movies.

I mean honestly, these people will weed themselves out, what with 
evolution and all.


And I agree that it is a stress reliever, and that someone out their is 
out to make a quick buck..

It should be no problem if people pay attention to the ESRB rating. 
Human young aren't meant
for this stuff yet, much like how Tsarist Russia wasn't ready for 
Communism, or Canada and the
war of 1812, or Little Johnny learning that Santa doesn't exist after 8 
long years of worship.
