Don't be suprised. Based on the playtime for other games, a lot of them
can be done in one 20-hour sitting on a high difficulty level. (although
most players tend to tire playing one game for that long)

Half-Life 2, for example, can be completed in a 16-hour straight marathon
on hard difficulty. (Reloading saves is allowed, but cheating is not.) I
took breaks (which results in a 1-week game rather than 2-days), but that
doesn't mean that it is impossible.

For comparion:
- Plutonia Experiment takes 7 hours to complete on HMP. (Not necessairly
first run.) No invormation is available for UV and Nightmare, but can be
extrapolated by multiplying the time for the first level by 32/37
respectivly.
- Completing Doom II on Nightmare and completing all challenges (Doom
Master, Incubus, Tyson, etc...)? Expect to take 100 hours.

No, all you need is a familarity of the genre.

I've heard rumours that a person completed Myst III in 1 day on the first
sitting. Now that required an Einsteinian IQ (or just extreme luck.)
