You insensitive clod, he's talking about QuakeII in Doom 3, not DoomII 
in Doom 3 (which I am not impressed with I must say)

Back on topic, the QuakeII mod you are refering to is being made by 
Kiltron, ReViLiTy, and Obi-Wan
