thanks for responding...

i did uninstall the alpha version before i tried the real deal. i 
thought it may cause a conflict also.

i re downloaded directx and the catalyst 4.9 (beta) drive and 
reinstalled them with nav auto protect turned off. reinstalled the game 
again and.....

this didnt help either. i still get the error. i opened an incident with
activision to see if they can help.

i not giving up yet.
