I've tried 1 and 2 no diff, r_gamma "1.0" to "1.5" not much if any diff. WAIT...yes, it does, but not like I thought. Ha! Ok, they simply used heavy shadow all over the place, like in MC Underground. All the menus and stuff are now too brite. Ok, got that much :) These damn demons teleporting in quietly on my 6 are kinda nerve wracking :) !! Great! This is pretty damn cool man! :) It's playing far smoother than Far Cry. I'm using DX 9.0c, nv w2kxp61.77 (current release), in drivers settings are for Quality, app control for AA and Aniso, vsync off. In game, High settings, in Advanced all on except for vsync and aniso (bottom one, off), 1024x768. One pass thru timedemo demo1 got 34.8 and just looking at the fps counter on screen shows 60's all the time until there's a firefight :) I will be lookin for the "Duct Taped Flashlight" mod very quick! No, it will *not* spoil my er...mood...in game ;) I'm liking it a lot. I can see co-op big time here!!! wish we had that. 1 vs 1 looks like a serious GO too :) CTF? mmm...no, not with things like they are so far. How're you doing with it Steve? McG.
