I was running on high quality and 512MB and getting this, it is indeed system ram that is the issue. I added an extra 1GB and am now running on ultra quality. Using dooms internal memory monitor I have seen total RAM usage go up to 1.8GB! (I do have 256 memcache set though). I would say with 1GB your problem will go away. regards
