I thought Doom3 was great. I do like first person shooters, but face it, running around in circles fragging folks and monsters gets old sometimes. I expected and hoped that Doom3 would be exactly how it turned out: A very immersive, interactive and visually stunning sci-fi thriller movie (with an occasional frag-fest thrown in for good measure). The game didn't hang or crash during the entire 24 hours it took to finish the game. It was definitely worth the $47 bucks I spent (including state sales tax) which is about the same that I would pay to take my wife and I out to a two-hour long movie at the local theater (with over-priced coke, hotdogs and popcorn included ). -Brian "Bruin" <bruinwarBLAH@BLAHexcite.com> wrote in message news:BpSdnaZejf8svIvcRVn-iA@comcast.com... > > It has fulfilled all of my expectations.
