Find the motherboard manual (now that you know the model) on the internet and find out what CPUs it can use. Careful tho, there are some dependancies between CPU to memory, I had 2100 memory too, and had to upgrade to 2700 to go with the CPU clock speed (or something like that)(it's the same CPU as you have.) You are using A LOT of memory, you may want to get another stick of RAM. Doom3 is BY FAR more sensitive to the video card, which your thing below does not seem to mention. Check your display properties to find out what you have (based on the drivers) and figure out where your card fits with what Doom3 needs. I am running Doom3 with default installs on a GeForce4 4800 TI 128 card and it works well. (Not great, but good enough not to require an upgrade.)
