I believe has long as they are 64 Meg they should be able to "run" Doom3. to enjoy doom3, you probably want a 5700 or 9700. I can play pretty good on a 9800 Pro, but I get 100% sex out of playing on my system with the 6800 GT. I got my brother a plain 6800 and it does a great job of playing Doom3 has well.
