Hi there.. I got a SBPro with the following setting:- IRQ 2 DMA 1 Port Address 220 and I've a 486DX 33 with 8MRAM and 500Mb HD And I can't use my SBPro to play the FX sound effect.... (I can use my SBPro to play the music...) If I selected SBPro for the FX Sound effect, when the game starts with 'DOOM Operating System v1.1' it will hang at 'I_StartupSound'... I tried to boot without EMM386 (I don't use QEMM) and SmartDrv, but it still doesn't work. Also I noticed DOOM have a directory on C drive (I installed on E Drive, it is a dblspace drive.) Can I move it to E? -- Derek Kwan +=========================================+ | dk...@zeus.UWaterloo.ca (NeXT mail OK!) | | dk...@SYSTEMS.watstar.UWaterloo.ca | | dk...@caisu.ists.ca | +=========================================+
