That is EXACTLY what happened to me! No if ands or buts, your story is
exactly the same.
 
I did however manage to speak to David @ ID. He assured me that he would
personally take care of me since they had screwed up so badly. Well, that
was on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd of December. Nothing was done then and I 
still don't have the registered version of DOOM. I would just like to know
what happened?, nothing more.............. who knows, maybe one day I will
get a present in the mail! Naaaaaahh That won't happen.


The sad thing is that if the order was simply lost and they have no record
whatsoever or my order reguest, then it boils down to my word verus theirs!
At the moment, with ID's track record, I think the courts would be more
inclined to believe me! hehe.......
