I did it by screaming to the left-hand door, and I just make it.  It's 
much easier on a 486, on my 386 I had to absolutely NOT run into any 
walls or I was too slow.  Granted, I'm not that terribly good at moving 
around in these games.  :)  It is possible if you avoid running into 
walls, and use the strafe mode (speed boost).  It is *probably* possible 
without strafe, as I nearly did it without before realizing what strafe did.
