To anyone with these cards...

I have two EtherExpress' on the way... Do I simply follow the instructions in the
faq's or are there some other things I should know to have it up and running?
Also, do these cards come with the needed drivers?

I've always wanted to network my computers...DOOM just gave an even better reason.
