Well it's this simple :

There's this file called VENDOR.DOC (or something to that effect)

Now, id probably says something like : "You may not charge more than $x
for this product" or "You must get written permission from us if you want
distribute this"...

If someone would just post the relevant part of this file then we don't
have to keep this thread about wether it's right or wrong going anymore.

(In there's no vendor.doc it's probably in the regular docs)
