Yeah, working on that ;-/ New comp took care of most of the problems
(sweet machine, too, for the first time the only thing I want that I
*don't* have is a joystick port), now I just need to get on-line
again. Working on that, a roommate took over the cable bill and we
can't get a hold of her to sign up for the internet, gonna try to see
if I can install a phone line and get DSL that way. When I do, you'll
not only see me back in WoW, but we'll see if I can get a Sis back on
Battlenet, too ;-)

The news gets better ;-) Verizon is now scheduled to install both DSL
and a $200 phone jack (don't ask) next Thursday, or by now in exactly
one week. Sisald should be romping through Outlands by next Thursday
night/Friday morning :-)

I would tend to agree, but they have me over a barrel ;-/ The wiring
in the house is so bad, when I had the cable installed the two techs
took about a half-hour trying to trace the line back to the box, then
gave up and just ran a new line from the outside box to my room. I
suspect that the phone lines are even worse, since I *have* a jack in
my room, but it's not connected (and is even harder to trace than the
cable lines were). When the tech arrives, I plan on trying to
negotiate ("Look, just leave me a wire from the box and *I'll* run the
line myself). but it's $200 for the service call :-(
