Problems with Sound in Diablo.

I have read that problems have been heard with the sound
on certain soundcards.
I also get "static" when switching from one scene to another
on occasion.
This is both on a Soundscape Vivo 90 and on an Aztech Washington
Sound 16A card.

To get the sound back I select options then wind the music volume
right down and then back up. Hey presto the sound returns OK.

Any tips ?

At least for your Soundscape - go to your control panel, click on
"multimedia", make sure you have "preferred devices only" checked, and
have "playback" on 330.

That'll fix it.
