I just had to crow to the world! My level 41 mage just bought a Kings Sword
of the Vampire (bastard version) from Griswold for 90,000 gold. I have
bought Arch Angel, bountiful and emerald staffs from Adria. I have also
bought and Awesome Shield of the Tiger from Griswold, but I have to rate
this purchase as my best so far! I was getting a little depressed at the
quality of Griswold equipment, but I'm energized again! Now, what am I
supposed to do with this sword? I use a staff so it's no good to me....

I use that sword - lvl 32 Mage - it's very good for keeping your mana
level up, and consequently making your mana shield last longer. Also means
that you can have a shield.
